In becoming a CCPI Supporter, organisations such as the contractors, housebuilders and developers listed here are committing to supporting the CCPI and raising with their strategic suppliers and manufacturers of construction products in their supply chain to register with CCPI and have their product information assessed against the CCPI. To this end and wherever possible, CCPI Supporters are committed to introducing this into supply agreements as a preference and prioritising working with strategic suppliers and manufacturers who prioritise delivery of CCPI assessment and conformance.

As a Client Duty Holder you need to have necessary system and process in place for a safe building to be built in your name. You want to know that those involved in procuring, suppling, installing products in your building are providing product information and marketing necessary to do the job right. CCPI helps to give greater confidence in the product information on which key decisions are based, and supports due diligence regarding the organisations supplying your projects. CCPI also supports your ESG programme.

You need to know that the companies you are working with or the projects you are providing warranty or insurance for, are being delivered by responsible organisations with the right priorities and behaviours in relation to product use on building projects. Knowing that the buildings you are insuring or the companies you are insuring are using products that are registered with CCPI and carrying the assessed mark helps to demonstrate risk profile reduction.
